Terms of Use
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this rule is to stipulate the terms and conditions of use and procedures and other necessary matters for all services provided by [AI INSIGHT INC.]
Article 2 (Effect and Change of Rules)
① The contents of this rule take effect by posting on the service screen or by notifying in other way.
② If it is deemed necessary by this site management committee, the contents of this rule can be revised(changed, deleted or added), and the revised rule takes effect in the same way as in paragraph ① above.
Article 3 (Rules other than the rules)
Matters not specified in this rule are subject to the provisions of the Basic Telecommunications Law, the Telecommunications Business Law and other related laws and regulations.
Article 4 (Establishment of use contract)
① It is considered that the user has agreed to this agreement while pressing the "" button at the time of application for use.
② The usage contract is established when AI Insight approves the user's usage application.
③ In order to receive answers at the time of reception such as online reservations and online consultations, users need to provide the personal information requested by AI Insight.
④ As a general rule, the usage contract is concluded with one ID per member.
Article 5 (Acceptance and restriction of application for use)
The "AI Insight" homepage does not require separate membership registration.
① Use social login (Naver, KakaoTalk, Facebook, etc.) to check the bulletin board text. No personal information remains with that login. However, we receive personal information to answer when creating a bulletin board post.
Online reservation: name, contact information, age
Online consultation: name, contact information, e-mail
Article 6 (Copyright of bulletin board posts)
① All copyright rights of articles posted on the bulletin board belong to the poster.
② The poster is responsible for all legal issues related to posting on the bulletin board.
Article 7 (Content change and addition)
If we determine that the Steering Committee is necessary, we can add, change, or delete the contents of this homepage, and we will post the contents on the homepage or notify you separately.
Article 8 (Management operator's duties)
Personal information obtained in connection with the use of the service cannot be leaked or distributed to others or used for commercial purposes without the consent of the individual. However, if there is a request from a related organization based on relevant laws and regulations, it can be responded to by discussions with the Steering Committee.
Article 9 (Management of this site)
① The poster is responsible for posting, changing, or deleting sentences on the bulletin board.

Terms of Use
제 1 조 (목적)
이 규칙은 [AI Insight]가 제공하는 모든 서비스의 이용조건 및 절차에 대한 사항과 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제 2 조 (규칙의 효력 및 변경)
① 이 규칙의 내용은 서비스 화면에 게시하거나 기타의 방법으로 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
② 본 사이트 운영위가 필요하다고 인정되는 경우 이 규칙의 내용을 개정(변경, 삭제 또는 추가) 할 수 있으며, 개정된 규칙은 상기 제①항과 같은 방법으로 효력을 발생합니다.
제 3 조 (규칙외 준칙)
이 규칙에 명시되지 않은 사항은 전기통신기본법, 전기 통신사업법 및 기타 관련법령의 규정에 의합니다.
제 4 조 (이용게약의 성립)
① 이용자가 이용신청시의 "동의함" 단추를 누름과 동시에 이 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
② 이용계약은 이용자의 이용신청에 대하여 AI Insight이 승낙함으로써 성립합니다.
③ 온라인예약이나 온라인상담 등 접수시 답변을 받기위해 이용자는 AI Insight에서 요청하는 개인정보를 제공해야 합니다.
④ 이용계약은 회원 1인당 1개의 ID로 체결하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.
제 5 조 (이용신청의 승낙 및 제한)
“AI Insight” 홈페이지는 별도 회원가입을 받지 않습니다.
① 수술후기 게시글 확인시에는 소셜로그인(네이버, 카카오톡, 페이스북)을 이용합니다. 해당 로그인으로 개인정보가 별도 남지는 않습니다. 다만, 게시글 작성시 답변을 위한 개인정보를 받고 있습니다.
온라인예약 : 이름, 연락처, 나이
온라인상담 : 이름, 연락처, 이메일
제 6 조 (게시판 글의 저작권)
① 게시판에 게시한 글의 저작권에 대한 일체의 권리는 해당 글의 게시자에게 있습니다.
② 게시판의 글과 관련한 모든 법적인 문제에 대한 책임은 해당 글의 게시자에게 있습니다.
제 7 조 (내용의 변경 및 추가)
본 운영위가 필요하다고 판단하는 경우 본 홈페이지의 내용을 추가, 변경 또는 삭제할 수 있으며 그 내용을 홈페이지 내에 게시하거나 별도로 공지합니다.
제 8 조 (관리운영자의 의무)
서비스 이용과 관련하여 알게 된 개인의 신상정보를 본인의 승낙 없이 타인에게 누설, 배포하거나 상업적 목적으로 사용할 수 없습니다. 단, 관계법령에 근거하여 관계 기관의 요구가 있는 경우, 운영위의 토의에 의해서 이에 응할 수 있습니다.
제 9 조 (본 사이트의 관리)
① 게시판에 글을 게시, 변경, 삭제의 책임은 해당 글의 게시자에게 있습니다.
② 게시판 글의 손망실에 대비한 원본 및 사본 유지(백업)의 책임은 해당 글의 게시자에게 있습니다.
③ 특정 개인이 게시한 글이 본 사이트의 운영에 타격을 준다고 판단할 경우, 해당 글의 게시자에게 시정을 권고하거나 해당 글의 게시자에 대한 접근을 차단할 수 있습니다. 이 경우, 접근차단 즉시 해당 글의 게시자에게 접근차단 사실을 통보하여야 합니다.
제 10 조 (손해배상 및 면책)
① AI Insight에서 허용하지 않은 행위 또는 활동으로 인한 모든 결과 및 손실에 대한 책임은 해당 개인에게 있으며, AI Insight는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
② AI Insight는 천재지변, 불가항력적인 사유로 인하여 본 규칙 에서 정하는 바를 위반하게 될 경우, 해당 책임을 지지 않습니다.
③ 본 홈페이지 운영의 중단으로 인하여 개인에게 발생할 수 있는 제반 손해에 대하여 배상할 책임을 지지 않습니다.
④ 개인의 귀책사유로 인한 본 사이트 운영 장애에 대하여 책임을 지지 않으며 이로 인해 본 사이트가 입는 손해는 해당 회원이 배상하여야 합니다.
⑤ AI Insight는 개인에게 제공, 게시 또는 전송한 자료의 신뢰도, 정확성 등의 사항에 관하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.
